About Our Technical Team

Not only does our technical team have numerous certifications and years of experience, they also have the professionalism and demeanor needed to provide the exceptional level of customer service our clients have come to expect.

Each member of our technical team brings a unique base of skills to the company. While most are certified experts in Microsoft technologies, others have expertise in virtualization, storage, and networking. This mixture of high-quality, dedicated professionals allows Texas Systems Group to meet a wide-range of industry needs, whether it is through the migration to private cloud (data center) infrastructures or complex infrastructures supporting over 25 VLANs.

We ensure multiple Technicians are trained to service each client. That means that there is never one person holding all the knowledge needed to provide quality service to a client. If one of our Technicians is not available due to providing emergency services, is sick, or on vacation, our clients can be assured that their needs will still be taken care of.
