Kyle was offered a job at a local IT Service Provider, where he worked for twelve years doing help desk support, project management, complex server implementations and everything in between. When Texas Systems Group was expanding our team and hiring more technicians, a former colleague of Kyle’s highly recommended him and soon after he came on board as a TXSG IT Administrator!
Kyle loves being on the front lines resolving client issues and turning upset customers into happy ones. He is also excited to broaden his knowledge and gain more certifications, particularly in cloud technologies. Since starting with Texas Systems Group in April of 2018, he has gone from being a member of the Service Desk Team to leading it as Service Desk Manager.
In his spare time, Kyle enjoys playing video games and once he finds a gym he likes, he looks forward to getting back into Mixed Martial Arts and jiu-jitsu.
